Hi! This is Cindy Brennan, Josh's younger sister. I just wanted to let all of you know that my brother's birthday is coming up in eleven days, and I'd REALLY like to make it special for him. I also kind of want it to be a surprise, but I honestly have no idea who to talk to and what to do.

I'm completely open to awesome ideas, and I would love it if you all of you guys helped me out. You DO care about my brother, right? :)

P.S. Sorry if this seems a little out of the blue. Kind of had to ask J for your numbers!

That's good to hear! Well, honestly I don't really know what to do? I mean, we can't really hold it at our house... Josh has a lot of friends. This is also the first time that I'm doing something like this, so I don't know where to start either.

She's happy for both Josh and Cindy, now that they can actually do normal things like this.

I'd offer my house, but we have kids around. Why not ask Kaz? :)
But as with everything else, I'm open to fund anything! Even pick out food, theme, drinks, clothes, decor, prepare a program... I swear, anything for you and Josh. :)

[ She's only telling Cindy everything that she can do, but it's not her day; it's Josh's. She won't hog all the duties, especially since she knows that the rest would want to help in too. ]

Chipping in that way would be great, actually! Maybe for the drinks and the decor? I was thinking of asking Jessica and Kitty about food, since Miss J is an awesome cook. Am totally lost on the theme, but I don't think we need a program: Josh likes simple stuff.

Will definitely ask Kaz about the house. It's a big place, right? Because that would kind of be perfect.

OH, one thing I really need help on: the guest list. I can think of a few others to invite beyond you guys, but I want to make sure that I'm getting everybody.

And yes OMG their place is huge, I've been there like once or twice I think. Plus I'm sure Kaz and Lola Neeka won't mind at all!

I can totally help with the guest list. I love people! :) It'd be the perfect chance for you to meet everyone too!

[ Brig's spent the morning at home, for a change, with J and Kitty. He's pretty domestic today, just talking with J and playing with Kitty. He's planning to leave to do Brig stuff after 12nn.

When he gets the text, he excuses himself to step out onto the porch ]

Hey, Cindy. Copy, anything for Josh isn't a question anymore. Pretty sure I speak for the rest of the blade that everyone's in full support to make his big day a big day.

[ Brig smiles and lights up a cigarette, looking over to the Brennan household door to wait for Cindy to step out. ]

Can I have one? I try not to keep a pack of my own. Dad doesn't like it.

[ Brig tips the pack till a stick peeks out and offers it to her ] Don't worry, I won't tell him. But it was a heart problem he had treated, right?

Also, [ pointing to her tablet ] there was a time I wish I could do stuff like that. More on the lines of packing gunarms. [ He laughs and takes a pull at his cigarette ] But I got past that phase. Neat though.

Most people find it kind of creepy. [And this is why she likes you, Brig. U cool.] Anyway, about Josh's party... do you think that Jessica would be okay with cooking food for the party?

Heya Cindy, s'fine. Right, so, I'd like to offer my place as a venue for the surprise party.

[He actually sends that without even asking his family first, so he does shoot a text at his grandmother asking if they can use the house for a surprise party for one of his blademates.

She doesn't say yes without a minor grilling. He drops Josh's name, and Brianna's name (because she's definitely going to hear about this.) before he sends a follow up text, around ten minutes later]

Anyway! Brianna's already helping out with chipping in for drinks, and handling the guest list and the decor. Brig's going to ask Jessica about food. Um, I'm not quite sure what to do next, though.
