JOSHUA LARUE

It sounds trite, saying that she loves her older brother with all of her heart and all of her soul and that pretty much everything she does is defined by the question "If I do this, will he be proud of me?" It sounds trite, but it isn't because it's the whole truth of it. She may not have been old enough when things came crashing down for them back in the day, but she's old enough now, and she doesn't ever intend on forgetting the things that her brother had to give up in order to keep her and her dad afloat. Honest to Elaine, she'd do anything for him, and doesn't ever want to burden him again in any fashion, no matter how small it might be. She'll do you proud, bro: just you wait.

YULIA BOSTOVA

Yulia used to intimidate her a little (and there are times when she still does), but Cindy isn't blind: she can see how much Josh cares about his Second, and she can see, as well, how much Yulia cares about him. They're good for each other in a way that is different from how Josh is "good" with his other blade mates. You don't often meet people like that in your life, and Cindy does hope that Josh will be able to keep this one all the way to the end.

TANING MARISIGAN

She isn't sure what to think of this guy, and she honestly hasn't been sure since that time when she was preparing for her older brother's surprise party. He seems nice enough, though, and she believes in Josh enough to know that he wouldn't pick just anybody as his third-in-command. She also knows now that Sabina wouldn't just pick anybody to be her boyfriend either, so that's got to be something...

BRIGADE

Brigade seems like a really nice guy, and Cindy knows for a fact that she owes him for being a really good neighbor. She also figures that he must be nice since Jessica speaks so highly of him, and Kitty absolutely adores him. Nevertheless, she remains a bit guarded since she's getting the sense that Brigade is big on trying to help even if help isn't exactly appreciated, and Cindy rather likes being allowed to do her own thing. She also gets a little offed by him because of that whole business of emulating human behavior rather than doing it because he understands it. That will probably change for him eventually, though. ...Right?

BRIANNA LOPEZ

Initially, Brianna seemed to be one of those girls that Cindy just wouldn't ever get along with. She was quickly proven wrong in that direction, when Bri quickly proved that not all pretty rich girls are complete and total airheads. It's been a while since she has seen Bri around, though. Hopefully she's all right?

KAZ ZOBEL DE AYALA

Watching the way Josh interacts with Kaz makes it pretty damned obvious that he views Kaz as a surrogate little brother, and Kaz, on the other hand, sees Josh as his "kuya". Cindy doesn't have any problem with this since Kaz really seems to care about him. On another note, in light of her beloved brother suddenly getting a boyfriend, Cindy has half the mind to corner Kaz and ask for a really big favor involving the birds and the bees of gay sex. She just wants Josh to be happy, okay?
